If you decide to obtain financing after we introduce you to a provider, you will enter into a separate agreement with the relevant Financing Provider and not with Evo Capital Solutions. Our services include the Website, our APIs, email notifications, and any associated tools or widgets we make available to you.

2. Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content available on the Website.

7. Credit Consent and Authorisation

By submitting an enquiry or application through our Website, you authorise Evo Capital Solutions and our Financing Providers to:

• Conduct credit checks with credit reporting agencies including CTOS, CCRIS, and Experian.
• Obtain and verify any information you submit through the Website or otherwise.
• Disclose your account conduct and related information to relevant business entities for processing your application.
• Process your application at locations within or outside Malaysia.
• Share your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evo Capital Solutions makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF EVO CAPITAL SOLUTIONS AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE IS THE RE-PERFORMANCE OF DEFECTIVE SERVICES.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall not exceed MYR 500 (Five Hundred Malaysian Ringgit).

We shall not be liable for:

Actual processing time depends on the Financing Provider's verification process, the completeness of the documentation provided, and other factors outside our control.

Any cash rebate, gift, or promotional benefit we offer applies only where the loan or facility has been approved and disbursed by a Financing Provider. Specific promotions may carry additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Evo Capital Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents harmless against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any materials you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your use of our services.

The Website may contain links to external websites or resources operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered through these external sites, and the inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
